Description
English: Prawns and chouriço cataplana (Camarões e chouriço na cataplana) is a dish of prawns, chouriço sausage, cubed pork, onion, red and green peppers, onion, tomatoes, cooked in olive oil, garlic, tarragon, parsley, white wine using a traditional cataplana dish which steams the ingredients during the finally part of the cooking process. In Portugal, the cataplana can be used for cooking a wide variety of ingredients.
