Summary edit

Description
English: Postcard of the Hope Block in Centralia, Washington. Built on Main Street across from George Washington park in 1907 by the Hope Investment Co. (a mysterious entity who apparently only existed to build this one building; there is no info on who was actually behind it and no one interviewed by the local newspaper at the time of its demolition could recall). Centralia's first YMCA was located on the upper floor. The building was razed in 1970 by the National Bank of Commerce for a parking lot.
