Description
English: Example of Vibrio resistance to intestinal contractions. Time-series is of a single optical plane in the intestinal bulb of a 6 dpf larval zebrafish inoculated at 4 dpf with GFP-labeled Vibrio. A subpopulation of Vibrio can be seen aggregating in the anterior bulb despite repeated intestinal contractions. Scale bar: 50 μm. Movie was recorded at 1 frame per second.
