The three buildings seen here are viewed from Spring Street looking south towards Madison Street. They occupy the entire west side this block of First Avenue in downtown Seattle. These buildings are listed together as (south to north) the "Globe Building, Beebe Building and Hotel Cecil" on the National Register of Historic Places. The buildings are also part of a city landmark, the First Avenue Groups / Waterfront Center, 1001-1123 1st Ave., 94-96 Spring St., and 1006-1024 Western Ave.
