Summary edit

Description

This pub was built in 1913 by a Mr Coulson, and called the Grand. In 1935, the owner?s dog "Radnor" (named, apparently, after the county of Radnor in Wales) was run over by a truck, so he renamed the pub after him.

The pub has been fully restored to its original appearance and is one of only two in Qld to still have hitching rings for horses. I don?t know what the other one is, but I do know that the Winsome Hotel in Lismore NSW (closed) still has hitching rails.
