Description
Français : Houplines — Église Sainte Anastasie – Pont mitoyen entre la Belgique, à gauche et la France, à droite - Quais.
René Desclée a posé son appareil de photo sur la rive gauche de la Lys, et de l'amont ; soit sur le territoire belge, en l'occurrence à Ploegsteert.
L'écluse est à une encablure du pont -(à vérif. au 0-07/22) : il reste encore quelques vestiges de celle-ci)
L’église Sainte-Anastasie fut détruite lors de la Grande Guerre de 1914-1918 ; le pont et l'écluse furent également détruits très vraisemblablement à la même époque.
