Summary edit

Description
English: Showing the proposed lot lines/subdivision plan for the Corson homestead at Butler and Germantown Pikes in the historic village of Plymouth Meeting, Montgomery County, PA. Note that the historic structures will be confined to a lot of just over one acre (Lot 1). Although the townhouse density falls within the allowed limits, site topography and geology are the primary limiting factors. A delineated wetland and sinkholes, plus storm water management challenges are shaping this development. The Friends of Abolition Hall is calling for a Plymouth Meeting Welcome Park in place of the large stormwater basin closest to Lot 1.
