Description
English: The Chemical Warfare Unit carried out experiments relating to the effects of mustard gas and other chemical warfare agents. Dr Ennor was a biochemist at the Baker Medial Research Institute, Melbourne, Vic between 1938 and 1942, a researcher with the services and Munitions Department between 1942 and 1946 and former professor of Biochemistry, Australian National University from 1948. He was knighted after this period.
