Español: HUGO AGUIRRE GARCIA 
      Originario de Cieneguitas, Municipio de Guachochi, Chih., nació el 08 de junio de 1980, siendo el menor de siete hermanos; la infancia la vivió en dicha comunidad en el seno de una familia sencilla como lo son las familias de origen rural, precisamente estudio su escuela primaria en la mencionada comunidad. A base de esfuerzo tuvo la oportunidad de estudiar la Licenciatura en   Derecho egresado de la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (1997-2002).

En el ámbito laboral, desde el año 2000 aun siendo estudiante se desempeñó como abogado postulante en materia penal, esto hasta diciembre de 2006. En enero del 2007 y hasta junio del año 2010 se desempeñó como defensor penal público (designado por oposición) en el Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal para el Estado de Chihuahua. Posteriormente de julio de 2010 a enero de 2012, ocupo el cargo de consultor en el Programa de Apoyo en Seguridad y Justicia de Management Systems International, Inc.-USAID, labor que se desempeñó en diversas entidades federativas como Baja California, Morelos, Oaxaca, Hidalgo, Chihuahua y Nuevo León. De octubre de 2013 a febrero de 2016, se desempeñó como Director de Obras Públicas Municipales de Guachochi, Chih., Méx., encargo al que tuvo que renunciar debido a que es postulado como candidato a la presidencia de dicho municipio, por el Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI).

En lo político, 

     PARTIDO REVOLUCIONARIO INSTITUCIONAL.

- Coordinador del FJR (FRENTE JUVENIL REVOLUCIONARIO) en el Municipio de Guachochi, Chih., 2006-2007. - Presidente del Comité Directivo Municipal de Guachochi, año 2013. - Coordinador de campaña del candidato a la Presidencia Municipal de Guachochi, Chih., L.A.E José Leobardo Acosta Aguirre, año 2013. -Coordinador regional de campaña del candidato a diputado federal por el IX distrito Lic. Carlos Hermosillo Arteaga, año 2015.

-Actualmente militante y miembro activo de la Red JóvenesXMéxico.
