English: Subject is a 44 year old Caucasian Male. Orgasm induced via manual self stimulation. The Ejaculation of Semen is Synchronized with Involuntary Rhythmic Contractions of the Anogenital Area which Expel the Semen from the body via the Urethra. Fifteen (15) Regular Rhythmic Contractions of the Anal Sphincters and Bulbospongiosus muscle are visible externally, and coincide with the visible expulsion of the ejaculate. The Orgasm's effect on Respiration is audible, heart rate increases, and irregular anogenital contractions are visible during build up to the orgasm. Visible orgasm response begins at 0:14; ejaculation is visible beginning with the second contraction through at least the ninth contraction with only nominal semen expulsion after that. The largest volume of ejaculate is expelled with contractions two through four (2-4). Volume and force decreases with each subsequent contraction. Just before orgasm begins, the testicles retract toward the abdominal cavity and the anal sphincters relax and open as orgasm becomes imminent. When orgasm begins, ejaculation and contractions are involuntary and cannot be stopped or controlled until the process resolves.
