Vernon Street, Winchester, Massachusetts, USA. According to the Art Inventories Catalog, Smithsonian American Art Museums: "Two robed allegorical female figures, representing Humanity and Justice, stand side by side in front of an American flag. Between them, they jointly hold a wreath, each figure grasping the wreath with one hand, arms entwined with one another.
