沿革
1917年（大正6年）6月14日 - 高松百十四銀行観音寺支店所属上高瀬派出所として三豊郡上高瀬村大字新名1261番地に開設。
1922年（大正11年）7月1日 - 出張所に昇格。
1924年（大正13年）3月30日 - 高松銀行と合併、新立高松百十四銀行観音寺支店所属上高瀬出張所となる。
1927年（昭和2年） - 三豊郡上高瀬村大字新名1267番地の3となる。
1949年（昭和24年）6月20日 - 支店に昇格。
1949年（昭和24年）12月2日 - 店舗新築のため隣接の上高瀬農業協同組合事務所内の仮営業所に移転。
1950年（昭和25年）4月12日 - 元位置に新築移転。
1955年（昭和30年）3月31日 - 町制施行により三豊郡高瀬町大字新名1267番地の3に所在地名に変更。
1959年（昭和34年）4月1日 - 高瀬支店と改称。
1960年（昭和35年）2月25日 - 店舗増築。
1980年（昭和55年）7月7日 - 三豊郡高瀬町大字新名743番地1に新築移転。
1998年（平成10年）4月1日 - 外国為替業務開始。
2006年（平成18年）1月1日 - 行政区画変更により現所在地名に変更。
