Summary edit

Description

I've been trying to get a good shot of this amazing blue Hydrangea, which grows in th garden I work in three days a week. The soil is extremely acid peat and the colour is almost aquamarine and doesn't really come out in these photographs. The fact that the stems are black and there are black marks in the leaves is also very striking.

I'm growing it from cuttings now but it will probably be a less pure colour here because the soil is about neutral. I'll try Hydrangea blueing agent (an aluminium compound) and see if i can get a similar effect.
