Description
Deutsch: An der südöstlichen Ecke des Münsterplatzes, die Kapelle ließ ein Ulmer Patrizier 1458 als Grablege für seine Familie anlegen. Nach der Reformation wurde das Gebäude säkularisiert und von der Stadt als Lagerraum genutzt. Im dreßigjährigen Krieg entstand dadurch die Bezeichnung »Schmalzhäusle«. 1894 erhielt die evangelische Gemeinde das Gebäude zurück, inzwischen wird es von der russisch-orthodoxen Kirche genutzt.
Der Größenunterschied zur Nachbarkirche könnte allerdings Minderwertigkeitsgefühle auslösen.
