Elle représente en 1984 la préparation d'une installation comprenant deux portiques permettant de faire monter plus haut que la canne à sucre (6 mètres) les cadres inverseurs (un mètre) des psychromètres Pescara (Double pesées). L'inversion est assurée par des verins à air comprimée. Les centrales Pateras pilotent chacune leur portique et communique en numérique avec un ordinateur multitâche Wang LVP.
