Français : L’ampleur et la vitesse des changements dans l’environnement des entreprises rendent le management de plus en plus complexe. Les exigences gouvernementales, la difficulté de s’entourer des bonnes ressources et la compétition mondiale sont autant de facteurs qui augmentent la pression sur la fonction de gestion, celle-ci étant au cœur des pratiques d’affaires de l’entreprise.
En management, on constate souvent une absence de ressources hautement qualifiées pour la réalisation de projets à caractère stratégique. L’entreprise doit donc recourir à des ressources externes, ce qui a parfois pour effet de bloquer ou de limiter le transfert des connaissances aux ressources internes, connaissances développées lors des interventions. |
