Representación de una divinidad antropomorfa Personaje femenino con gran tocado en la cabeza, torques en el cuello y cinturón adornado que indican un alto estatus social o político. A la hora de representar estos sencillos dibujos parece que el grabador tuvo siempre claro cuáles eran los elementos simbólicos que debía transmitir: diadema, collar y cinturón.

Las figuras antropomorfas de las estelas-guijarro de la zona suroccidental de la Península Ibérica parecen corresponder a representaciones de mujeres de un presumible alto nivel social a juzgar por los collares, cinturones y diademas que las adornan. El papel jugado por la mujer en este momento debió ser extraordinario si tenemos en cuenta la cantidad de representaciones. No parecen responder a ninguna ideología religiosa preponderante en Europa occidental durante este periodo, sino a una expresión muy clara de indigenismo.

Hallado en la comarca de Sierra de Gata donde encuentra el municipio de Hernán Pérez -Jernanperi en el dialecto asturleonés de la zona, al occidente de lo que fue la Vía de la Plata-, un municipio muy rico en manifestaciones prehistóricas, principalmente de la Edad del Bronce, y muy conocida en el mundo de la arqueología, no sólo por la existencia de dos dólmenes, sino por los Ídolos y la Estela halladas
