I dagene 1., 2. og 3. august 1944 arrangertes i Stockholm krigsmesterskapet i svømning, fotball og friidrett. Bildet viser minister Jens Bull (t.v.) i samtale med militærattacheen oberst Ole Berg, under svømmestevnet på Bosöen 1. august.

Idrett», fotografier valgt ut fra «NTBs krigsarkiv - bilder av nordmenn i Sverige under 2. verdenskrig»: Idrett ble raskt et satsningsområde for flyktningeadministrasjonen. Ved legasjonen i Stockholm var det eget idrettskontor som administrerte og samordnet flyktningeidretten omkring i Sverige.
