The girl, on the left, is playing with adog, placing a stick of wood on its back. Blue sky and light cloudson the left. Canvas, 2> 1/2 in. by 17 1/2 in. MORLAND (George)(1763-1804) 90. — In the Snow A snow-covered landscape. At the foot of a leafless tree, a wood-cutter, in a light-coloured cloak with red hood, is in the act ofplacing some dry wood on the ground, preparatory to making atire.
