La plaque (à gauche de l'image) se lit comme suit: « La compagnie Price Brothers érigea en 1928, au coût d'un million de dollars, cet édifice qui fut l'un des premiers gratte-ciel au Canada. L'un des plus importants gestionnaires de portefeuilles en Amérique, la Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, y inaugura son siège social, le 24 mai 2001 en présence de M. Bernard Landry, premier ministre du Québec et de M.
