Miss Education 2020 sejak 20 Desember 2020 . Gadis keturunan Bugis Watampone (Bone) dan Selayar ini sering di sapa dengan Annisa oleh rekan kerjanya namun lebih akrab di panggil Iis. Begitupun tertulis disejumlah akun media sosialnya @iismeilany. Semasa sekolah, Iis mengikuti program Sister School Exchange at Bendigo Senior Secondary Collage atau pertukaran pelajar di Australia (2010). Di perkuliahan, Iis lebih memfokuskan pengetahuan kejuruannya di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Hasanuddin serta Ia mewakili kampus dalam perlombaan Legal Drafting (2014) dan aktif di beberapa organisasi non formal terkait Pemuda dan Pendidikan. Setelah Lulus S1, ia langsung merantau ke kota Kembang, Bandung untuk melanjutkan Pendidikan S2 Magister Kenotariatan di Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung dan S2 Magister Hukum di Universitas Islam Bandung. Semangat belajar yang besar untuk membuat perubahan membuatnya terpanggil untuk bersaing di ajang nasional Putera Puteri Pendidikan Indonesia (2020) dan berhasil meraih gelar Miss Education Indonesia 2020. |
