Original caption:

I love this Fire Hare: looked so cool at the top end of the display. Imbolc is an old celtic fire festival that uses music and fire to drive away the cold and frost and welcomes in the warming sun and the Spring. Marsden community volunteers and the Kikless countryside volunteers service set the festival up around 1993.

Samba bands, Fox dancers, fire jugglers, community drummers and a lot of fireworks - a real spectacle.
