English: 4D representation of Barentsz-GFP and oskar mRNA in stage 8 egg chamber. Barentsz protein (green) localizes at the nuclear envelope in the nurse cells. It is seen loading on oskar mRNA (red) and maintaining a stable association with oskar mRNA in time.
