English: Movement of naïve T cells in the brain stem during EAE. Timelapse movie of naïve EGFP expressing OT-2 T cells in the brain stem at peak of disease. Cells were MACS sorted for CD4 and CD62L and transferred intravenously to EAE affected mice at peak of disease. Analysis was performed 12 h after transfer. |
