Buenos Aires, 10 de junio de 2014 - La presidenta de la Nación, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, inauguró el nuevo Museo Malvinas e Islas del Atlántico Sur, ubicado en el Espacio para la Memoria y Derechos Humanos (Ex ESMA). Acompañaron a la presidenta, la ministra de Cultura de la Nación, Teresa Parodi; el director del Museo Malvinas e Islas del Atlántico Sur, Jorge Giles y todos los miembros del gabinete nacional. También estuvieron presentes los funcionarios del Ministerio de Cultura: los secretarios Franco Vitali (Políticas Socioculturales), Sebastián Schonfeld (Gestión Cultural), Ricardo Forster (Coordinación Estratégica para el Pensamiento Nacional), Graciela Cazamajou (Coordinacion y Control de Gestión), la jefa de Gabinete de asesores Verónica Fiorito; y los directores nacionales Alberto Petrina (Patrimonio y Museos), Mónica Guariglio (Política Cultural y Cooperación Internacional).
