| Description |
Day 4: The trail down the valley is pleasant. The next pass is the low point in the ridge to the front right so the trail more or less drops into the valley and then cuts right up on an angle to the pass. The second pass is a little steeper than the first. Try not to resent all the lost altitude! :) I would make the strong recommendation to stop earlier to eat lunch and be sure to snack along the way. We waited until we got to the bottom of the valley here before stopping at which point we were tired and then had to start climbing the next pass almost right away before really re-energizing or digesting lunch. So have some snacks on the pass and stop for lunch sooner than later so you can walk a bit before climbing up again. |
