edit- A blue shield-shaped embroidered item with a semi-circular base edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow outer border and a 1/4 inch (.64 cm) yellow inner border with a 3/32 inch (.24 cm) wide blue notch at the horizontal center line; 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in height by 1 7/8 inches (4.76cm) in width overall.

editThe flashes for the Regiment and 2d Battalion were approved on 8 July 1992. The flashes for the 1st and 3d Battalions were approved on 28 January 1992.
