English: Information board a park in Trogen. This board shows the new events at this park. The information board is fixed at a public place (near a public street) and stays at that point near the construction site. This board is a work, that is under the freedom of panorama in Germany. Viewer can look up over months what after the construction site will be there and it is intended to stand permanent in the public. FOP in Germany also applies to permanent an pubic information boards. The screws show a permanent intention, and there is a public interest that is stands in the public, and it does (Ullitzstraße).
Deutsch: Infoschild zum Bürgerpark in Trogen, der momentan gebaut wird. Das fest montierte Schild steht über den Bauprozess öffentlich zugänglich an der Haupstraße und wurde über mindestens mehrere Tage hinweg gesichtet. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass es an seiner Stelle Monate überdauert.
