| Description |
English: Institution Place, Belfast. A street of traditional Belfast terrace houses, close to the city centre, which has survived the wholesale redevelopment in the area. I can't give the exact date of building but it seems to have been during the early 1840's. At that time it adjoined a street called Lettuce Hill - a name which has (unfortunately) passed into history. Hamill Street 721820 is on the right and John Street is at the far left. |
