| Description |
English: Interior of the Church of St Helen, Saxby In 2004, following a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund, the church was redecorated to as it was when built in 1775. Detailed paint samples were taken by Nigel Leaney, who was able to produce the original colour scheme of the church.
Unfortunately the interior of the church was badly affected by a small earthquake at 01.05, which hit Lincolnshire on the morning of 27th Feb 2008. The church was fully restored in Apr 2009. |
