Description
English: The cytoplasmic and nuclear distribution of TAT-SA in the presence of biotinylated PPAA polymer. Three-dimensional (3D) illustration of localization of TAT-SA-A488 (green) complexed with biotinylated endosomal-releasing peptide PPAA in the living cells at 4 h post transduction by confocal microscopy. The merged 3D images of the different structures were used to construct the QuickTime movie. The close-up box shows the magnified 3D projection slice of the nuclear area.
