This bridge was opened in 1917. It crosses the Columbia River between Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon. In 1956–1958, a parallel, and identical (except slightly wider), bridge was constructed. These two bridges are now part of the Interstate 5 freeway. This photo was taken from the Vancouver side, looking up-river. |
