Description
English: Depolymerization of actin filaments when HeLa cells were infected with a strain expressing ExoU (corresponding to Fig 6C). Cells were labeled with CellLight actin-GFP, CellMask plasma membrane stain (red), Hoechst 33342 (blue). The images were acquired by time-lapse microscopy for 30 min with 30 sec interval.
