English: Terugspeeltheater Amsterdam improviseert op basis van verhalen van het publiek. Acteurs en muzikanten zetten met humor en fantasie een thema in een ander licht. Het abstracte wordt concreet. We bevragen, prikkelen en maken voelbaar wat er leeft onder het publiek. Terugspeeltheater verheldert en verbindt.
Wat is terugspeeltheater? Het leven zit vol verhalen. Kleine verhalen, grote verhalen. Verhalen uit het persoonlijk leven. En verhalen die zich afspelen op het werk. Iedereen draagt ze met zich mee. Terugspeeltheater maakt verhalen van mensen zichtbaar, hoorbaar, voelbaar, herkenbaar en bespreekbaar. Door ze op een theatrale manier terug te geven: ze terug te spelen. Terugspeeltheater is geschikt als intermezzo bij of afsluiting op trainingsdagen, congressen en conferenties. Het is een authentieke en creatieve vorm om bijvoorbeeld de identiteit en visie van een organisatie concreet te maken, samenwerking te verbeteren, beleidsthema’s te verkennen of trainees te ondersteunen. En prima inzetbaar als afwijkende werkvorm bij een gedachtewisseling of als fijnzinnig alternatief voor debatten waar onwrikbare tegenstellingen en standpunten de boventoon kunnen voeren.
