Kommentar: Iulia Domna, ca. 170 n. Chr. in Emesa geb., seit 185 oder 187 n. Chr. mit Septimius Severus verheiratet. Erhielt zahlreiche Ehrentitel. 215 n. Chr. Übernahme des Amtes der cura epistularum Graecarum et Latinarum et libellorum. 217 n. Chr. in Syrien gestorben, nach Rom überführt und im Mausoleum Hadriani beigesetzt.
