Description
Deutsch: Bahnsteige von Norden, der Flachbau ist das örtliche Stellwerk. Zur Verringerungn der Brandlast im Stadttunnel ist hier auch ein EAM-Rechner des eStw Leipzig West mit Peripherie für den Südkopf des Bahnhofs Leipzig Hbf in Form der Abzw Semmelweis untergebracht.
Den heutigen Bahnsteig 1 gab es früher nicht, dafür einen weiteren zwischen den Gleisen der Strecke LC ganz links. Die Fußgängerbrücke sollte nach dem ursprünglichen Plan nach rechts verlängert werden und einen bequemen Übergang zur Straßenbahn ermöglichen, doch ist das auch 2020 noch nicht absehbar und beim klassisch schlechten, von Futterneid geprägten Verhältnis zwischen LVB und S-Bahn (unabhängig vom Betreiber) wird es wohl auch so bleiben.
