Description
Deutsch: Der Zug der Linie 1 kommt vom Westplatz über den südlichen Innenstadtring, er wird nach dem Hauptbahnhof über die Berliner Straße und Brücke nach Schönefeld weiterfahren und am Gleisdreieck Waldbaurstraße am Stannebeinplatz wenden. Die Linie 1 ist neben der 3 von den Bauarbeiten im Sommer 2020 am stärksten betroffen.
Diese Zugbildung war so nie vorgesehen, die NGT8 des Typs 36 waren nur als Einzelfahrer vorgesehen. die Beiwagen des Typs 68 sollten die seinerzeit noch reichlich vorhandenen T4-Züge barrierefrei machen. Nachdem der Bestand an T4 der Typen 33c und d zurückging, wurde für die noch recht jungen Beiwagen ein neues Einsatzbebiet gesucht. Der Einbau von ESW-Kupplungen bedeutete bei den nicht auf den Zugbetrieb ausgelegten Triebwagen recht tiefgreifende Eingriffe sowohl mechanisch als auch elektrisch.
