Description
English: THESE ARE TUNNELS NEAR ROCKETTS LANDING ON THE JAMES RIVER. THERE BUILT AROUND 1866 AND OPERATED UNTIL 1879. THE BREWERY WAS OWNED BY DAVID YUENGLING, THE SON OF A FAMOUS PENNSYLVANIA BREWER. MOST OF THE BUILDINGS WERE DETROYED IN AN 1891 FIRE AND TUNNEL OPENINGS ARE VERY OVERGROWN WITH VEGETATION AND BARELY VISIBLE ABOVE GROUND
