KUMAMOTO, Japan (April 19, 2016) JS Hyuga (DDH 181) anchors out off the coast of Kumamoto in preparation of the arrival of MV-22B Osprey aircraft from Marine Medium Tilitrotor Squadron (VMM) 265 attached to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit sent in support of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief efforts in Southern Japan.
