Description
English: Jai szlatke utrobe, oh predragi… old prekmurian paschal hymn from the 17th century in the Old hymnal of Martjanci. The author was receive the hymn from the Burgenland Croatian author Grgur Mekinić, or the Kajkavian Nikola Krajačević, but then either translation is from the Hungarian language, from an Transylvanian hymnal. In Vas county, where was Martjanci in the 17th century, the Hymnal of Vép also contain this hymn.
Magyar: Jai szlatke utrobe, oh predragi… régi vend húsvéti ének a 17. századból a régi martyánczi énekeskönyvben. A szerző valószínűleg a burgenlandi horvát Grgur Mekinićtől, avagy a kaj-horvát Nikola Krajačevićtől vette át, viszont mindkettő fordítás magyar nyelvből, egy erdélyi énekeskönyvből. Vas megyében, ahol a 17. században Martyáncz is volt, a vépi énekeskönyv is ismeri ezt az éneket.
