English: The Jane Putnam Memorial Chapel is a neo-Gothic-styled chapel in Forest Hill Cemetery in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. It was built in 1908 in memory of Jane's husband H. C. Putnam, land agent and philanthropist. Today it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
