Deutsch: Labormikroskop von Josef Jirasko (um 1880). Der Familienbetrieb Optik Jirasko entstand vor 1858 in Wien-Wieden. Der Firmengründer, Josef Jirasko, beschäftigte sich unter anderem mit der Herstellung von Fernrohren und Labormikroskopen für Mediziner und Biologen. Die Mikroskope wurden in kleiner Stückzahl gefertigt, sodass dieses Instrument heute wohl eines von ganz wenigen erhaltenen Jirasko-Mikroskopen darstellt. English: laboratory microscope by Josef Jirasko (1880 ). The family business Jirasko originated in 1858 in Vienna Wieden. The company's founder, Joseph Jirasko, undertook among other things, the manufacturing of telescopes and laboratory microscopes for physicians and biologists. The microscopes were produced in limited numbers, so that this instrument today is probably one of very few surviving Jirasko microscopes.
