Summary edit

Description
English: Junction Pool. The River Mole (straight ahead) meets the River Taw at Junction Pool. The former draws from the SW slopes of Exmoor, the latter from the North slopes of Dartmoor. In big storms, the Taw becomes a raging red river from here down. Junction Pool is the setting for one of the chapters of Tarka the Otter.
