| Description | The United States Coast Guard arrived at Signature Flight Airport, New Orleans on June 23, 2010, in two HC-144 cargo planes to transported 63 rehabilitated pelicans to Aransas National Wildlife Refuge in Texas. The bird release was a unified response between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service, United Stetes Coast Guard, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and partnering agencies.
