Eesti: Nisu sordiaretuse eesmärgid Eestis on hea talvekindlus, hea saagivõime, hea haiguskindlus, meie kliimasse sobiv kasvuaeg, hea küpsetuskvaliteet jne. Tihti on väga hea saagivõimega sortidel veidi kehvem küpsetuskvaliteet. Saak ja kvaliteet kipuvad olema negatiivses korrelatsioonis. Lisaks proteiini ja kleepevalgu sisaldusele, mis on nisu kõige tuntumad kvaliteedi näitajad, teeme ka küpsetustestid. Ühel päeval on võimalik ette antud metoodika järgi teha 4-5 küpsetust. Lisaks paljudele arvulistele tulemustele on üks hindamise kriteerium ka visuaalne pilt. Aretaja käib igal hommikul laboris uurimas eelmise päeval tehtud pätse. Pilt on tehtud Eesti Taimekasvatuse Instituudis. Yield and quality tend to be negatively correlated. In addition to the protein and gluten content, which are the best known quality indicators for wheat, we also perform baking tests. One day it is possible to make 4-5 bakings according to the given methodology. In addition to the many numerical results, one evaluation criterion is also the visual image. Every morning the breeder goes to the laboratory to examine the loaves made the previous day. |
