English: A Russian Ka-27PS Helix-D helicopter from the Russian guided missile frigate NEUSTRASHIMYY (FFG-712) becomes the first Russian aircraft to land on board the destroyer USS HAYLER (DD-997) during Phase 1 of the exercise Baltic Operation '94. The HAYLER is serving as flagship for BALTOPS 94.
