Kommentar: Einer Kursmünze des Kaiserreichs mit dem Bildnis Wilhelms II. ist von einem Juwelier ein Zylinder aufgelötet worden. Diese Art von „Verschönerung“ der Münzen (Spottmünzen) war recht beliebt und ist bis in die Zeit der Bundesrepublik fortgeführt worden. Dort waren es vor allem die 2-DM-Stücke, auf der die Dargestellten wie Adenauer, Erhard, Schumacher und Brandt mit Kopfbedeckungen oder anderen Zugaben bedacht wurden.
