• The original building was completed in the center of Sapporo in 1873 by the Building and Maintenance section of the Industry Division of the Kaitakushi. Lost by an accidental fire on January 17 in 1879.
• Kaitakushi, literally Exploitation Envoy, is translated to various forms: Settlement Envoyship, Hokkaido Colonial Office, Hokkaido Exploitation Agency and more.

• El edificio original fue completado en el centro de Sapporo en 1873 por los manos de sección edificación y mantenimiento de la división industrial de la Kaitakushi. En el enero 17 de 1879 se perdido por un incendio accidental.
