Deutsch: Der Andreasbrunnen auf dem Kamenzer Marktplatz wurde nach seinem Stifter, dem Bürgermeister Andreas Günther, benannt. Der Andreasbrunnen wird stadtgeschichtlich mit dem Oberlausitzer Pönfall im Jahre 1547 in Verbindung gebracht, bei dem Kamenz und die weiteren fünf zum Oberlausitzer Sechstädtebund gehörenden Städten viele Privilegien, darunter das Marktrecht, entzogen wurden. Die schrittweise Wiedererlangung dieser Privilegien wird Günther zugeschrieben. |
