Description
Nederlands: Lage Kanaaldijk (Maasberg), Sint Pieter bij Maastricht. Monumentale lindenboom aan de Lage Kanaaldijk. Links het café In de Roode Hen (Roode Hoen), dat eind 1839 werd uitgebaat door ene Schreinemakers. In dit café (en dus niet in de Rooden Haan, zoals vaak geschreven is), had toen de oprichtingsvergadering plaats van de Sociëteit Momus. De Roode Hen lag dichter bij de Belgische grens in Petit Lanaye. De Rooden Haan lag ter hoogte van de Hoeve Lichtenberg. Beide zijn opgeslokt door de ENCI.
